Ph.D scholarship in “Modelling land surface fluxes of CO2 in response to climate variation and nitrogen deposition”


Petronas Scholarship Ph.D. partly funded by the Strategic Research Council as part of a larger national project (ECOCLIM) coordinated by the Department of National Atmospheric Environmental Research Institute (Neri), University of Aarhus. This Petronas Scholarship is for a period of 3 years and should be completed as soon as possible, in the region.

Objectives Details:

Petronas Scholarship Changes in climate, nutrient availability and impact of nitrogen deposition is an uncertainty for the prediction of future greenhouse gas exchange came as a mechanism that describes the effect of nutrition that has not been developed in climate and ecosystem models. The aim of the PhD project is to develop a model of canopy soil surface that is able to simulate the atmospheric CO2 flux (Denmark) agricultural and forest canopy and sensitivity to climate variations and levels of nitrogen deposition.Petronas Scholarship For this purpose, a PhD project aims to incorporate biophysically canopy conductance model based on photosynthesis-stomatal (eg Collatz model) and model ammonia compensation point. http://www.callforpapersinfo.com

This appointment is granted for one year at a time and will be renewed every year subject to successful performance of duty. Law Research Studentships Business Management Career

Eligibility:
-The Ronnie Warrington Studentship may be provided by the College upon the recommendation of the School Research Committee for candidates with outstanding academic records who demonstrate high potential for research. This award will be made for the study of MPhil / PhD research only.

The African Studies Centre Business Management Career(ASC) in Leiden


This Business Management Career award consists of a prize of € 1000 for a thesis to win, to be published in African Studies Collection ASC.

Eligibilty Criteria: Any final-year student who has completed his Masters thesis with distinction (80% or higher or a Dutch rating of at least 8) at a university in Africa or the Netherlands can apply. This
Business Management Career thesis should be based on independent empirical research related to Sub-Saharan Africa in one of the subjects listed in the following section and should have been inspected within one year prior to the deadline for submitting manuscripts.
The ASC specifically encourage students from Sub-Saharan Africa to submit their thesis for the annual competition.
Any thesis thematically related to socio-geographical, economic issues, politics, law or anthropology, or focusing on the humanities such as history, religion and literature (but with the exception of language and / or semiotic studies) can be filed. Its

Dulcie Bowman Scholarship Business Management Career


The scholarship Business Management Career is a student at the University of Auckland, to be awarded, enrolled part or full time, and the fees paid or arranged fees the following year by a pay program approved school and who has a hearing impairment (including types and degrees of hearing loss must be confirmed in writing by a doctor)
